Le belly bands sono, effetivamente, delle fascette decorative ma poichè nella traduzione sono unite al termine wrappers, da alcune ricerche penso si possa far riferimento a quelle fascette che si mettono intorno alle riviste o ai libri a scopo promozionale o pubblicitario.
