Però questo "con loro" non mi convince. Dipende da come traduci la frase precedente. Di solito preferisco l'impersonale, per cui tradurrei "In caso contrario, non sarà stabilita alcuna relazione commerciale con gli stessi/con i suddetti XXX, ecc.
