Dipende dal contesto; di solito si dice "Area Vendite e Commerciale", "Ufficio vendite e commerciale", o anche "Dipartimento vendite e commerciale". "Reparto" non è molto utilizzato, ma appunto dipende dal contesto in cui si trova l'espressione.
