Altra voce all'interno di una diapositiva, in cui si parla di profitti del mercato dei server. I profitti annuali del mercato dei server sono aumentati fino al ...%, ma non so a cosa corrisponda questo Y/Y. Forse qualcosa con un anno?

La frase e':

Ho tradotto la prima parte con "Profitti annuali del mercato server, fino al ...%". Come vi suona?

Y/Y sta per "year on year", cioè i ricavi di un anno rispetto all'anno precedente.
In Italiano si dice "anno su anno" e si trova abbreviato anche con "a/a", per esempio "crescita a/a del xx%", "incremento a/a..." ecc.
Su hai tempo di dare un'occhiata, Google in Italiano da tanti risultati per "anno su anno" e "crescita a/a"

scusa, ho dimenticato di aggiungere che nella tua frase "up to xx% y/y" non significa "fino al", bensì "sono aumentati/hanno avuto un incremento/sono cresciuti del xx% a/a", cioè rispetto all'anno precedente. Ciao!

In Italiano si dice "anno su anno" e si trova abbreviato anche con "a/a", per esempio "crescita a/a del xx%", "incremento a/a..." ecc.
