"Segnalazione" suggerito da Laura mi sembra una buona soluzione se il tua cliente esistente ti ha presentato quello potenziale, nel caso invece sia tu a cercare di allargare il tuo giro, puoi sperare nel fatto che l'attuale cliente metta una buona parola per te, ossia raccomandi i tuoi servizi all'amico.
