In certi contesti, a quanto ho riscontrato, "pull-out" può significare "massimo/massimale" mentre "large numbers" significa, senza ombra di dubbio, "grandi numeri" cioè "approssimazione" per cui l'intera espressione dovrebbe indicare il valore di riferimento "ideale/tendenziale/di approssimazione/atteso" a cui tendono gli sforzi dell'azienda.

Ti segnalo, se potesse esserti in qualche modo utile, che l'espressione "pull-out" significa anche "estratto".
