So che uplift è 'incremento', ma in questo caso non so come inserirlo...forse 'Il rimborso è di HUF 6,50 per ogni litro di gasolio pagato in eccesso...'

Il contesto:

The refund is HUF 6.50 per litre diesel oil uplifted in Hungary and it applies to trucks above 7.5 tons total weight and busses of the categories M2 and M3 (busses with seats for more than 9 persons including the driver). For uplifts made as from 01.11.2011 the refund will be increased to HUF 19.50 per litre diesel oil.
