English to Italian translations [PRO]
Marketing - Marketing / Market Research / other
English term or phrase: values
My role covers both the front-end and the back-end of marketing. The front-end requires us to understand our customers, our capabilities and the competitive landscape to define the products and solutions that meet our customer’s needs and values. It’s essential that we establish a continuous feedback loop with customers, through our OpCos, because customers can, and do, change their minds. The back-end is about marketing products and solutions customers favor. That means training the sales teams, positioning the products and producing the right sales tools and promotions to penetrate traditional and new markets. This year we have twelve products in the Core to launch!

qui secondo voi significa valori?

Italian translation:ciò che reputa importante
Explanation:
Sì, significa "valore", ma mi suona meglio come perifrasi, per cui propongo "i bisogni del nostro cliente e ciò che (egli) reputa importante".

aspettative

Explanation:
Si per valori. Si potrebbe rendere anche così nel senso che le sue aspettative sono ciò che reputa importante secondo i suoi
principi in termini di valori.

E' solo un'altra opzione.
