Pre-Operation Safety Inspection
Carefully read, understand and follow all safety rules, operating instructions, labels and National Safety Instructions/Requirements. Perform the following steps each day before use.
Remove the Chassis Covers and inspect for damage, fluid leaks or missing parts.
Check the level of the hydraulic fluid with the platform fully lowered. Remove the Chassis Covers and remove the reservoir cap, fluid should be visible on the dipstick. Add recommended hydraulic fluid if necessary. See .
Check that the fluid level in the batteries is correct. See .
Verify that the batteries are charged.
Check that the A.C. extension cord has been disconnected from the chassis outlet.
Check that all guardrails are in place and all fasteners are properly tightened. |
