Se guardate la seconda pagina vedete una figura con un paio di occhiali (molto alla moda) con questo accrocco attaccato a una delle stanghette. Nel mio testo si parla di:
temple mounting bracket (per indicare l'attacco)
temple (dove si attacca)
temple clamps (la morsa)

Il mio problema riguarda "temple" che significa "stanghetta (per occhiali)", ma non mi piace molto.
Per esempio, "staffa di montaggio per stanghetta" non mi suona molto.

Suggerimenti?

Explanation:
Un mio cliente la chiama asta (che io traduco puntulmente come temple) e mai stanghetta ... e fa occhiali per Armani, Valentino, D&G e tutta la compagnia cantanti, quindi ...
