ugelli abrasivi significa che non sono rifiniti, che sono ruvidi e che possono abradere;
se invece sono ugelli che hanno lo scopo di lisciare, di lavorare del materiale, allora direi "ugelli per levigatura" (tramite abrasione).

Mi sembra che sia detto male perché per la seconda ipotesi non li chiamerei così
