English to Italian translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Mechanics / Mech Engineering / Digital Welder | | English term or phrase: arc spot | I know I'm re-iterating this one. But I can't seem to close the previous one "arc spot time".
""DC pulse welding: By just setting the mean welding current and pulse frequency, the peak current is automatically set to 1.6 times as large as the mean welding current and the base current to 0.4 times as large as the mean welding current. (The pulse width is set to 50%.)
If the mean welding current that you set gives the peak current larger than the rated value 300A, the peak current is set to 300A. In this case, the mean welding current is kept by adjusting the base current.
In the same way, if the mean welding current gives the base current smaller than the rated value 4A, the base current is set to 4A, and the mean welding current is kept by adjusting the peak current.
Note that the pulse current wave control is disabled and the “Wave mode” in the pulse setting is not available if the One-knob control is enabled.
[Self-hold: in single or repeated operation mode]
The starting current, up-slope time, down-slope time, and crater current are automatically set according to the set value of the welding current.
