grazie mille! l'avevo trovato anch'io ma non riuscivo a trovare riscontri soddisfacenti, perchè non ero sicura di poter associare barring device a barring gear. Allora grazie mille! :-)

agree  Umberto Cassano: EuroDicautom "viratore" = "barring gear". In inglese molto frequente "barring tool", attraverso una ricerca per immagini condotta su Google viene fuori il dispositivo famigerato
