K. Remove retaining ring (8) from output shaft. Remove output shaft and yoke.
L. Remove bushings (5) from housing.
(Models 135-1150, HP25 & HP30)
I. Remove retaining rings on both ends of output shaft.
J. Remove thrust plate and washers on top of actuator.
K. Using a soft hammer, drive output shaft out through top of housing.
L. Withdraw yoke from housing.
M. Remove both top and bottom bearings by striking the end of bearing with a blunt object.

con due leve o un martello morbido, togliere lo scudo
posteriore (6) evitando di metterlo di sbieco. Liberare lo
scudo facendolo scorrere sull'albero. A causa di ciò, la
guarnizione di tenuta (54) diventa irrecuperabile.

Using a punch and soft hammer (lead, leather,
etc.), drive shaft out left side of unit and remove
large gear.


Con un punzone ed un martello morbido (piombo,
cuoio ecc.) spingete fuori l’albero dal lato sinistro
dell’apparato e rimuovete l’ingranaggio grande.

Per smontare il cilindro si allentano i quattro dadi dei prigionieri.
Per “staccare” quest’organo ci si può aiutare con qualche
colpetto di martello morbido. Non riutilizzare la guarnizione
nella maniera più assoluta.
