English term or phrase: loop-holes with secured shutters
In translating technical description for a militay watch tower I can't find how to translate the part between **. The sentence: The guard-house must have bullet proof windows and **loop-holes with internal operated secured shutters**.

Explanation:
Seems to me that the loopholes are to have bullet proof glass mounted and also have shutters to further protect the window. The watch are to be able to operate (open and close) the shutter from within the tower (probably electrically) - You now, like in war movies, whem you see close-up of a shutter being lifted and the cannon sliding out ready to fine, seconds before the battle begins.

Secured: 1. Free from danger or attack. (...) 5a. Not likely to fail or give way; stable: a secure stepladder. b. Firmly fastened: a secure lock. (...)
