Explanation:
set-point = valore prefissato/prestabilito da raggiungere, il controllo deve portare il valore misurato ad avvicinarsi al setpoint

la suddivisione in gruppi semantici è :
IL (setpoint value) DEL (ventilation rate control)
dove "ventilation rate" è in funzione di aggettivo di "control" che qui è usato nel suo valore grammaticale di NOME.

Spero di aver chiarito, per dettagli tecnici sui controllo 8automatici o manuali) basati su setpoint in ambito vemtilazione, vd. siti HVAC, impianti aerotermici, regolatori+setpoint, etc.
