Prenderei con un pizzico di sale la definizione di Urban Dictionary. L\'espressione è MOLTO volgare (inoltre muff è riferito solo alle donne) e qui mi sembra un\'offesa, o sbaglio? Ma in italiano non mi viene nulla di simile, perciò il mio suggerimento.
Explanation: to get shit vuol dire proprio essere maltrattato...magari detto più in slang va bene essere cazziato...ma non ha lo stesso senso!
to wrap nello slang vuol dire tacere...ma qual è il contesto della frase? potrebbe andare bene questa traduzione?
P.s. ti consiglio di editare la domanda e metterla come "may be considered offensive by others"...

Explanation: Personalmente credo sia una buona via di mezzo tra "essere maltrattato", troppo pulito nel contesto e "cazziato" adatto forse solo al Sud.
