English term or phrase: handle assembly

"The *handle assembly* is composed of a cartridge, a sheath/pusher assembly and a *handle assembly* with cartridge window, rotating knobs, and release safety."

Il testo riguarda un dispositivo che si impianta nelle arterie, e l'impianto viene effettuato attraverso questo "handle assembly" che è una sorta di manico con una serie di manopole, indicatori e frecce che consentono di guidare e posizionare il dispositivo all'interno dell'arteria mediante dei cateteri.

Vi chiedo qualche suggerimento per tradurre il termine: "manico" o "impugnatura" credo non rendano adeguatamente l'idea che è un "assembly", cioè un gruppo di elementi. "Gruppo manico/ gruppo impugnatura" è orrendo, ho pensato anche a "gruppo di manovra" ma non lo trovo calzante.
