Ho trovato la definizione in inglese, ma esiste un traducente per questa parte del corpo in italiano? Ho provato a cercare 'cru' e 'crus' associati a 'pene' e 'penieno' ma non mi danno molti risultati. Trattandosi di un manuale per medici, vorrei essere certa di utilizzare il termine appropriato.

Il Gould-Chiampo cita solo una "crus clitoridis" (plurale "crura") tradotto con "radice del corpo del clitoride". Il trattato di anatomia del quale ti indico il link menziona solo "crus" in relazione al clitoride, mentre accenna a una "parte posteriore dei corpi cavernosi". Ho trovato anche un'occorrenza di "crura peniena", ma nel dubbio si può mantenere la dicitura in latino.

Mi correggo - non si tratta di "crura peniena/peniene" ma della "crus del pene" o (se al plurale) delle "crura del pene".
