disposizione/ concentrazione di esposizione Explanation: Metahemoglobin is an abnormal form of hemoglobin. Metahemoglobin can appear in blood after exposure to certain substances, and in normal persons is metabolized by reductases. Some persons however have a congenital deficiency of metahemoglobin reductases. Your text may be referring to an evaluation of metahemoglobin metabolism (disposition) in the presence of nitric oxide in a person with metahemoglobinemia. "Exposure concentration" refers to the amount of nitric oxide to which metahemoglobin has been exposed to, i.e. concentrazione di esposizione. formazione / concentrazione di esposizione Explanation: E' un'espressione alquanto inusuale (anche in inglese mi sembra, dato che ricorre rarissimamente in MEDLINE).
