Explanation:
In realtà in America non è proprio un medico, ma un tecnico addetto all'ecografia. Singifica cioè che è esperto nell'acquisizine di immagini ultrasonore, ma non formula una diagnosi clinica, che spetta invece al medico vero e proprio. In Italia non funziona così, è il medico stesso che fa l'ecografia; traducendo comunque "ecografista", vai sul sicuro.
