La casa produttrice si accorge che il prodotto venduto é difettoso e chiede il ritorno da parte del cliente.
richiami viene usato molto nel settore automobilistico quando i prodotti vengono sostituiti o riparati e rispediti. il rientro non prevede specificatamente la sostituzione
