Is "questionario percettivo" correct in this case? I found many occurrences of "test percettivo" but to me they sound to be two different things...

questionario percettivo, che propone Rita, non e' sbagliato secondo me, ma non l'ho mai ritrovato come tale in ambito medico.
I cosiddetti questionari di percezione vengono somministrati in diverse situazioni. Personalmente userei questa definizione.
