I "Grand Rounds" sono lezioni o conferenze di medicina in cui viene presentato un caso clinico con la presenza diretta del paziente, al quale vengono anche poste delle domande da parte dell'uditorio, come si può leggere in questa pagina Web:

Il dubbio è se il termine vada lasciato invariato, perché, forse, questa consuetudine riguarda ormai solo il sistema americano (o eventualmente anglosassone), oppure se esista un corrispondente in italiano, qualora tali conferenze si svolgessero tuttora anche da noi.
