Se si vede meglio il riferimento fornito da Annaba (www.sibioc.it/home.php?fl=lineeguida) si trova il PDF di quel documento (sicuramente quello che hai letto sull'amilasi pancreatica), che indica, appunto, che un test viene definito esoterico quando non viene ritenuto standard, ma, diciamo pure, un di piu`...
