DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
This Agreement is intended to set forth the basic terms and conditions pursuant to which XXX and YYY will undertake and provide for the development, ownership, management and operation of a residential resort project named Golf Bellavista, which will include a 27-hole golf course and related golf amenities (the "Golf Course Development") and a residential, timeshare/fractional ownership interest and resort hotel development (the "Real Estate Development") to be constructed in conjunction with the Golf Course Development.
Ho tradotto "development agreement" con accordo di sviluppo (su suggerimento del cliente stesso).
Per quanto riguarda "golf course development" metteri "complesso del campo da golf", e per "real estate development" metterei "complesso della proprietà immobiliare".
Può andare bene secondo voi?Queste espressioni si ripetono centinaia di volte nel testo, si parla di finanziamento, realizzazione, progettazione, gestione di questi golf course development, real estate development....

c'e' una certa ridondanza nell'inglese. Mi sembra che complesso vada bene (magari semplifica in "complesso immobiliare")
Nel primo caso (sviluppo) si potrebbe anche tradurre con edificazione/costruzione, ma siccome construction ricorre piu' avanti nel testo e visto che il cliente ti suggerisce sviluppo, va benone come hai fatto.
