Ringrazio tutti per i suggerimenti,la maggior parte delle volte "utilities" sono proprio le utenze,ma nel mio testo penso si trattasse proprio di servizi ausiliari (questo lo deduco io dal resto del contesto,ovviamente!).

Normalmente si sente riferito alla bollettazione - utilities bills: le bollette gas/luce.
