Auguri vs. congratulazioni


Explanation:
se è un discorso ufficiale, si può decidere a seconda del contesto quale delle due espressioni usare: auguri è mirato solo al futuro; si augura successo per il futuro. Congratulazioni include un apprezzamento di quanto è stato realizzato per pervenire alla promozione cui accenna l'Asker.
Anche per il Godspeed - giustissimo il buona fortuna e buon viaggio in genere (se il viaggio era per mare, si diceva anche "Mare calmo e vento in poppa"!) ma se si tratta di una promozione sul lavoro, si potrebbe augurare anche "buon lavoro".
Se invece di un discorso la frase è riportata in un biglietto augurale, in genere si usa "Felicitazioni".
