In Italiano si dice bookmark, o meglio lo dicono gli informatici nel loro italiano gergale poco curato, però i tecnici sono loro.
In alternativa, sui glossari Microsoft viene tradotto con segnalibro, del resto se si tratta di un e-book, forse aggiungere digitale potrebbe anche essere superfluo.
