Purtroppo non ho trovato nessun termine specifico in Italiano. Tuttavia sul sito http://www.cybartender.it/shopping.htm gli "spouts" vengono genericamente definiti "metal pourer". E sul sito http://www.ilbarman.it/classic/classic.html#attrezzi, "tappi versatori". Magari potresti utilizzare una perifrasi del tipo "...utilizza il beccuccio di tipo tapor, un versatore di metallo inossidabile piuttosto assottigliato,...".
