Explanation: gtammaticalmente dovrebbe riferirsi a tutt'e due, perché il verbo è al plurale e Dealer è al singolare; però simili sgrammaticature sono tutt'altro che infrequenti. A senso direi che invece si riferisce al Dealer, perché si dice che avrà l'opportunità di "sell", cioè di vendere... forse they per Dealer si riferisce al fatto che probabilmente qui il Dealer non è una persona fisica ma una ditta o un'organizzazione, cioè un nome collettivo come the Police. |

Nelle lettere commerciali si usa THEY per indicare una ditta, impresa, azienda intendendo tutte le persone che ci lavorano, quando c'è bisogno di evitare ripetizioni ecc...
