"medicine wheel" è un simbolo sciamanico. La traduzione "ruota della medicina" è la più usata. Penso che talking significhi davvero parlanti in questo caso. Probabilmente perché emettono dei suoni, dicono qualcosa. Non ho presente come siano le opere dell'artista (si chiama Coco Gordon?) quindi non posso essere più preciso.
