Quindi, dopo 4 minuti si ferma il forno a microonde (la dicitura "full power" si riferisce a questo tipo di cottura), si mescola, e poi si cuoce per altri 4 minuti. Con tutto rispetto ad Adriana, non ha senso mescolare con il mestolo inserito a metà. E comunque, se ciò fosse, la ricetta indicherebbe "stirring only the surface" o "not stirring from the bottom" o qualcosa del genere. Ti mando questa ricetta per gnocchi alla romana (per forno a microonde): Punto 2: Ottenuto un composto omogeneo, coprite il recipiente con una pellicola trasparente e passatelo a potenza massima per 7 minuti, ricordandovi di mescolare a metà cottura.
