Altrimenti, secondo me bisogna specificare di che tipo di spettacolo il "performer" si occupa e quindi dire "seminario teatrale", "seminario vocale", "seminario strumentale", "seminario di sassofono", ecc. Una ricereca su Internet per "performance workshop" mi ha dato vari hit (molti siti non tradotti), tra i quali quello indicato sotto.

"workshop" può anche rimanere ed abbinarlo a esibizione.
Non mi viene altro, anche perchè è un concetto un po' ibrido.

Dato che la traduzione letterale è bruttina, io lo renderei con SEMINARI che rende perfettamente l'idea del significato.
D'altra parte, in Italiano si usa questo termine.
