English term or phrase: Pike
Pike
The Pike has one mechanism, namely a crankshaft. The crankshaft ensures that the swing moves forwards and backwards.
The frame of the swing consists of two almost identical towers.
One of the towers has an additional triangle on which a pendulum turns. The crankshaft is connected to the rotation axle of the swing.
The swing consists of a simple tray, which is connected with the central axle between the frames by a combination of rods and connectors.
