Non credo che in Italia esista nulla di simile. La proposta che ti dò ricalca la definizione del "contachilometri parziale" su moto o auto che indica il chilometraggio di percorso definiti, da punto a punto.

Potresti anche lasciare "contatore IDR" e spiegare di cosa si tratta in parentesi, ad es. così (Interval Date Meter, contatore parziale a tempo).
