come nel caso dello 'sgroppino', si chiamano sorbetti anche quelli di consistenza più liquida che si possono bere invece di mangiare al cucchiaio.
Se cerchi 'sgroppino'+'sorbetto da bere' trovi diverse pagine, anche con ricette.

Explanation:
sono granite, con la differenza che il ghiaccio è tritato più finemente. Guarda il sito, in italiano "slushes" e "granitas" vengono tradotti entrambi con "granite"

Explanation:

Slush is a finely ground granita - it's not as smooth as a sorbet though. The effect is that of a granita that has started to thaw.

As you have both granita and slush together here, you could distinguish between them by saying coarsely ground and finely ground or something similar.
