se il sito e' fatto per scopi commerciali io userei il termine "spedizioni", se e' di altro genere, tipo "mailing lists" come suggerivano altri, allora lascia pure il termine inglese poiche' chiunque abbia un po di esperienza di internet sa cos'e' una mailing list.
