A "UK stock order" is and order for an item already in stock in the company's UK warehouse, and a "delivery run" is the route the vehicles take when they're delivering said items. Ergo, the "utilisation of the UK stock order delivery run to return non-urgent repairs" is basically the company using the route that they're already on while delivering other stock orders, to pick up items for repairs.

If you already figured that out but just wanted the expression in Italian, sorry but I can't help you there.
