unisix

Explanation:
Semplicemente "un gruppo femminile". In Italiano il genere (maschile o femminile) si può attribuire anche ad un gruppo di persone.

un sestetto

Explanation:
è un termine usato per gruppi musicali - penso potrebbe andare bene anche per un gruppo di 6 persone che vanno d'accordo, che sono in sintonia.

sei per una

Explanation:
you did not tell us whether you want us to coin a word, use a word-play or a pun.
In English I obviously see the word "unisex" behind your unisix.

i can think of a pun based on the Three Mosqueteers (three for one and one for all, or something to that effect) with "sei per una" six for one, where the feminine ending in a (in unA) points to a group of six women, whereas sei per se is either masculine or feminine.
