Explanation:
I have never heard it before, but it seems to be paper with embedded flower or plant seeds that can actually be planted. Some websites even offer a range of seeds to choose from, so you can then plant the paper and see the flowers grow.

"Piantabile" is correct but not very common, but the only other option I can think of would be "seminabile" which wouldn't sound well right next to "semi".
