English to Italian translations [Non-PRO]

Sto traducendo un libro di aiuto-aiuto, o per la crescita personale, che tratta di quelli che sono gli "scopi della vita", potenziale umano, vocazione ecc.
Le parole "arising moment" sono ricorrenti in tutto il libro, ma in particolare in un capitolo che si intitola "attending to this arising moment". Una frase di esempio: "You have to shift your mental course instantly, look again, freshly, and address what is here and now, in this arising moment."
Per l'esperienza che ho nel campo, penso che si possa tradurre come "momento presente", ma preferirei sentire anche qualche altra opinione... Credo che ci possa essere qualcosa di piu' "calzante"??

non si tratta tanto di un carpe diem - ma di un non restare ancorati al passato e ai pensieri precedenti, ma di un aprirsi di nuovo ad ogni istante, nel momento in cui sorge.
