English term or phrase: 3 line

The usual artefact is a 3 line step height standard with a nominal step height of 5 μm. An alterative artefact with a step height of 50 μm is available where longer measurements are typically taken.

Nella finestra di calibrazione Z del sistema di misura interferometrica CCI. Standard è il campione ma ho dei dubbi sul senso di "3 line" in riferimento ad "step height standard".
