I was turned around without him

Italian translation: ero sottosopra / scombussolata

English term or phrase: I was turned around without him
Grazie!

Explanation:
Ho l'impressione che il senso sia questo, come nella canzone di Nelly Furtado, What do you do:

I got a one-way ticket on a hell-bound train
With nothing to lose and nothing to gain
Nobody ever taught me how to live
I’m feeling like I’m lost like I’ll never be found
I’m twisted and I’m turned around
Nobody ever taught me how to love
I’m hurting everybody I’m hurting myself
I’m desperate

Disorientata?

I was so sure that me and ryan's two person band was doomed, but today I am turned around with the opposite opinion.

- ho cambiato/cambiai totalmente opinione su di lui/sulla sua assenza (opterei per la seconda);
- presi la sua assenza in una maniera esattamente opposta a quanto facevo prima;
