Traducendo un altro articolo di un altro numero della rivista, mi sono accorto che vi era un altro riferimento al gruppo video chiamato Mayday. E lì ho scoperto cosa essi intendevano per Land.

The act of knowingly intruding on someone's property and it is punishable by law and yes, you will be arrested, if the owner calls the police. The law originated quite some time ago, in England.

azzarderei che sembra più probabile che siano rimasti nel viale(tto) di accesso alla proprietà Glover. L'indomani mattina, appena messo piede sulla proprietà (recintata) (land), è stato arrestato per violazione di proprietà privata...) Just a guess... Ma visto l'ultimo post dell'asker, più facile (e l'unica soluzione che non richieded modifiche dell'originale se non D maiuscola per Driveway, sarà il posto Glover Driveway, e avrà sempre violato una proprietà privata ma non si capisce dove esattamente, dal poco contesto

Lui, non contento, insiste ed invece di andarsene, entra nella land ed a questo punto se l'è veramente cercata. Arrestato, portato in cella e gli è andata grassa che lo hanno rilasciato dopo solo una giornata al fresco così per fargli capire come si sta al mondo...we're in a Washington, dudes! no kiddin here!

qui dice anche "in the morning we went to the land and I was arrested". Magari il problema è la "land". Si potrebbe capire meglio con maggiore contesto.
