Un uomo e una donna osservano le carte dell' I-Ching.

HE: The Image is "Heaven above, heaven below." How do you know what it means?
SHE: It means either way heaven. Either way. But I can't tell him that

LUI L’Immagine è “il cielo sopra, il cielo sotto.” Come sai quello che significa?
LEI In ogni caso significa il cielo. In ogni caso.

Tradurrei tutta la frase così "Significa sempre cielo. In un modo o nell'altro."

O, se il riferimento è all'orientamento delle carte anche "in un verso o nell'altro".

Non tradurrei con cielo, comunque. Al massimo con Cielo, ma preferibilmente con Paradiso/paradiso, ma naturalmente non sta a me decidere!
In italiano la parola cielo risulta ambigua in questo contesto, mentre c'è un'antitesi (logica) sky/heaven in inglese.
