il senso di coffee-table edition è, come ha detto GAR quello di una edizione di lusso, ma riferito ad un magazine è usato (in senso anche un po' ironico) per descrivere una rivista patinata che è un'accessorio da mostrare, uno status-symbol (se tengo le riviste di Vogue in salotto tutti penseranno che me ne intendo di moda, insomma)
