Immagino che potrebbe trattarsi di una rivendicazione.

Senza altro testo e contesto non mi azzardo a tradurla tutta, anche perchè non son certo della relazione tra alcool, PE e PP. Sicuramente ti sarà di maggiore aiuto il resto del testo.
