English to Italian translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Ships, Sailing, Maritime / containers | | English term or phrase: equipment interchange receipt | A receipt used in maritime transport, the few hits in Italian I've found are not reliable. These are clauses from a maritime terminal services contract:
"For the purpose of this Contract, the custody of Containers and Cargo will be transferred to the terminal Operator as follows:
For export Containers/Cargo: upon passing in the Terminal Operator’s Terminal gate according to the relevant equipment interchange receipt to be issued by the Terminal Operator, until stowing of the Container/Cargo on the Containership (locking twist locks on board).
For import Containers/Cargo: upon unstowing of the Container/Cargo from the Containership (as from unlocking twist locks on board) until passing out of Terminal gate into the custody of the person duly authorised to receive the Container / cargo according to the relevant equipment interchange receipt to be issued by the Terminal Operator." |
