scorrazzare nei bassifondi


Explanation:
Cioè: "scorrazzare nei bassifondi per spassarmela con un poliziotto".

Però è vero anche che "slummed it" si può intendere nel senso di "abbassarsi a frequentare qualcuno inferiore ai tuoi standard" e quindi potrebbe diventare: "abbassarmi a frequentare un poliziotto per spassarmela", però visto il riferimento al "luxurious pad", mi verrebbe da privilegiare la prima soluzione.
